Reversal of antitumor agent resistance: Inspired by reported structure– activity studies on reversal effects of flavones on breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP/ABCG2), we site‐selectively synthesized 5‐hydroxy‐3′,4′,7‐trimethoxyflavone (HTMF) and related compounds.
