◉ Summary of Use during Lactation:No information is available on the use of edrophonium during breastfeeding. However, because of its short half-life and quaternary ammonium structure, it is unlikely to be excreted into breastmilk or orally absorbed by the infant. Administering the drug just after breastfeeding and waiting 2 to 3 hours before breastfeeding again should avoid any adverse reactions in the infant.
◉ Effects in Breastfed Infants:Relevant published information was not found as of the revision date.
◉ Effects on Lactation and Breastmilk:Relevant published information was not found as of the revision date.
