  我们在此首次描述了通过2-的1,3-偶极环加成反应制得的1-氰基-3-苯甲酰基-1,2,3,10b-四氢吡咯并[2,1- a ]酞嗪（8）。苯甲酰酞菁溴化物（6a）与丙烯腈（7a）可以用重铬酸四（2-吡啶）吡啶钴（II）（TPCD）进行芳构化，以高收率得到1-氰基-3-苯甲酰基吡咯并[2,1-α]酞嗪（9a） 。此外，一般的和方便的一锅法用于制备吡咯并[2,1-α]酞嗪（9A-P ）通过phthala zinium的1,3-偶极环加成开发Ñ -ylides（6A-C ）与烯烃（7a-g）在TPCD存在下。

  Structural elucidation of the dihydro derivatives obtained as by-products in the classic salt method synthesis of pyrrolo[2,1-a]phthalazines and acetylenic dipolarophiles was achieved by X-ray diffraction analysis of a representative compound. In addition, new pyrrolo[2,1-a]phthalazines were obtained by a one-pot three-component reaction that avoids the formation of the dihydro derivative intermediates.
