New Class of Pyrimidinesulfamoyl Containing Pyrazole and Pyrrole Derivatives and Their Antioxidant Activity

A new series of pyrimidinesulfamoyl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxamides (3a-e) and pyrimidinesulfamoyl-1Hpyrazole-
3-carboxamides (4a-e) moiety was prepared using intermediate compounds pyrimidinesulfamoyl cinnamamides
(2a-e). On the basis of the FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, LCMS spectral results and elemental analysis data, the structures
of newly synthesized compounds were confirmed. Based on results of their in-vitro antioxidant activities, compounds
such as 3b, 3c and 3d exhibited promising antioxidant activities and while remaining compounds such as 4c, 4b, 3a, 4d,
4a, 3e, 4e and 2c showed moderate to good antioxidant activity.
使用中间体嘧啶磺酰胺肉桂酰胺(2a-e)制备了一系列新的嘧啶磺酰胺-1H-吡咯-3-甲酰胺(3a-e)和嘧啶磺酰胺-1H-吡唑-3-甲酰胺(4a-e)部分。根据FT-IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、LCMS光谱结果和元素分析数据,确认了新合成化合物的结构。根据体外抗氧化活性结果,化合物(如3b、3c和3d)表现出良好的抗氧化活性,而其余化合物(如4c、4b、3a、4d、4a、3e、4e和2c)表现出中等至良好的抗氧化活性。
