    摘要:
    利马前列素/α-环糊精(CD)/β-CD三元包合物通过冷冻干燥包含所有三种成分的溶液来制备。在潮湿条件下,利马前列素在三元α-/β-CD包合物中比在二元α-或β-CD包合物中更稳定。具体而言,在30°C / 75%相对湿度(RH)下存储4周期间,约19%的利马前列素降解为17S,20-二甲基-反-Δ(2)-前列腺素A1(称为11-脱氧-Δ) (10))在β-CD复合物中,在α-CD复合物中降解为8.1%,而在α-/β-CD复合物中仅降解为2.2%。通过拉曼光谱和固态NMR光谱以及粉末X射线衍射法研究了在两种CD均存在下利马前列素稳定的机理。β-CD络合物中利马前列素快速降解为11-脱氧-Δ(10)的原因是β-CD从该络合物中快速结晶出来,释放出易降解的游离无定形药物。通过在α-CD和β-CD的存在下冻干利马前列素可抑制β-CD从包合物中解离和结晶。另外,通过包含不同部分的利马前列素增强了利
