The preparation method is simple and efficient, has a short process and less by-products, and the 2,5-disubstituted furan compound prepared by using the method has a high purity, and can satisfy the requirements for being used as a raw material for engineering plastics, such as high-performance polyesters, epoxy resins, polyamides, polyurethanes and the like, and as a chemical raw material and a pharmaceutical intermediate raw material.
