Catalyst-Free α-Allylation of Dihydroisoquinolines with Morita–Baylis–Hillman Carbonates and Its Applications in the Construction of Benzo[<i>a</i>]quinolizidines

The synthetic utility of these versatile synthons was further demonstrated by the facile synthesis of diverse benzo[a]quinolizidine skeletons.
