Aus den unterirdischen Teilen der Apiacee (Umbellifere) Pituranthustortuosus (Desf.) Bnth. u. Hook. wurden 12 Polyacetylene 1–12 isoliert. Von den Substanzen 1–11 konnte die Struktur ermittelt werden, von Verbindung 12 ließ sich eine Teilstruktur ableiten. Von den isolierten Verbindungen sind 1–9 schon in anderen Pflanzen aufgefunden worden, während 10 und 11 bisher noch nicht beschrieben wurden.

Aus den unterirdischen Teilen der Umbellifere AegopodiumpodagrariaL. wurden dreizehn Polyacetylene isoliert. Von elf konnte die Struktur aufgeklärt werden und von zweien ließ sich eine Teilstruktur ermitteln.
从伞形花 Aegopodium podagraria L 的地下部分分离出 13 种聚乙炔。可以澄清十一个的结构,并且可以确定两个的部分结构。

A short, practical synthesis of the bis-acetylenic natural product falcarinol 1 is reported. This method relies on the alternate functionalisation of bis-trimethylsilylbutadiyne 10. This may be achieved in one-pot, however, better yields were obtained more conventionally. (−)-(9Z)-1,9-Heptadecadiene-4,6-diyn-3-ol was for the first time isolated in high yield (29%) from the resinous sap of Evodiopanax innovans Nakai, Araliaceae. This compound has been associated with the main polymerizable component of an ancient golden varnish. It has also been associated with a phytoalexin and a defense material which produces a water-insoluble coating film by photopolymerization under sunlight for a Takanotsume tree upon being wounded.
