将4-乙氧基苯胺(2.19 mol)与309.2 g三乙胺(3.06 mol)加入5000 mL三口圆底烧瓶中,再加入1000 mL乙酸乙酯。放置于冰浴中,并用机械搅拌混合。待温度降至0℃~5℃时,缓慢滴加299.2 g CS₂(3.93 mol),边滴加边磁力搅拌,确保反应液温度维持在30 ℃以下。完成滴加后,在10-30度范围内继续搅拌一小时;之后,加入299.2 g CS₂(3.93 mol)和DMAP催化剂,并在30±2.5℃下搅拌反应1.5小时。反应结束后,使用酸溶液洗涤两次,洗涤过程中消耗的总酸量为三乙胺的1.5倍;然后用饱和食盐水洗至中性。将有机相旋蒸浓缩,即可得到2-乙氧基苯基异硫氰酸酯。
