甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷是一种用于单组分室温硫化硅橡胶的偶联剂。其外观为无色透明液体,沸点在110~112℃之间,密度(25℃)约为1.1740,折光率(20℃)约1.4083。加入硅橡胶中后无需加热即可固化成型,特别适合用于一些不能承受高温的部件。它的酰氧基相比甲氧基和乙氧基更为活泼,分解速度快,对增强铝合金、尼龙、玻璃和陶瓷等材料与硅橡胶之间的粘接力效果更佳。
化学性质甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷通常为无色或浅黄色透明液体,在低温下则呈白色晶体状。
用途Starting with the chiral pool compounds (-)-menthone, (-)-limonene, (-)-β-pinene, and (-)-carvone, new homochiral triethanolamine derivatives were obtained and converted to chiral silatranes. These silatranes were characterized by crystal structure analyses and NMR techniques. Conformational analyses in the solid state and in solution show that the chiral terpene residues determine the direction of the ring puckering of the silatrane moiety.
Dielectric elastomers were prepared on the basis of high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane-α,ω-diol filled with barium titanate particles having well-defined size and morphology.
