  本发明提供了一种2‑吡嗪羧酸酯类化合物的合成方法。该合成方法包括：步骤S1，将化合物1与乙二醛二肟在路易斯酸催化剂的作用下进行加成反应，得到中间体1；步骤S2，中间体1经第一脱水反应，得到2‑吡嗪羧酸酯类化合物，其中，化合物1、中间体1、2‑吡嗪羧酸酯类化合物的结构通式依次为：R1为C1～C15的取代或非取代的烷基，R2为C1～C10的烷基。本发明采用的起始原料化合物1的制备成本(或市售价格)普遍远低于三氟丙酮酸甲酯化合物；与传统的3‑三氟甲基‑2‑吡嗪甲酸甲酯的制备方法相比，该方法反应条件温和、操作简单、原料来源广泛、且避开了昂贵的偶联催化剂的使用，加大地降低了成本。
