The manufacturing method according to the present invention is suitable for mass production of Zabofloxacin D-aspartate for it enables manufacturing in high yield and high quality (HPLC purity ≥ 99.5%) as well as reducing the unit cost of production by using only 1.0~1.1 equivalents of TBDCS or TDMOS in a substitution reaction.
