    摘要:
    本发明属于光电材料应用科技技术领域,具体涉及三芳胺类衍生物及其制备方法和应用。本发明所提供的三芳胺类衍生物,以三芳胺与芴并咔唑为基本结构单元,进行修饰后得到不对称结构,构成一类富含空穴并具有高玻璃化温度的化合物。当其作为空穴传输材料使用时,与现有技术中常用的空穴传输材料如N,N'‑二苯基‑N,N'‑二(3‑甲基苯基)‑1,1'‑联苯‑4,4'‑二胺(TPD)相比较,空穴传输能力有明显提高,在有机电致发光器件中,该系列化合物与传统的空穴传输材料相比在启动电压及玻璃化温度方面都有显著的提高,是理想的空穴传输材料。此外,该系列化合物作为出光层材料使用时,有机电致发光器件的效率大幅度提高,是理想的出光层材料。
