  On the electrochemical fluorination of derivatives of morpholine and piperidine

  摘要：

  Electrochemical fluorination (ECF) of alpha,omega-dimorpholino- and dipiperidino-alkanes of different chain length (n = 1-6) and of morpholinocyclohexene gave the perfluoro derivatives in yields up to 45%. By ring contractions, fragmentations and rearrangements several side products were obtained. Conclusions on the mechanism of ECF, based on a sterical model, were drawn.

  Hydrogenation of carbonitriles catalyzed by nickel nanoparticles in isopropanol proceeds under atmospheric pressure of hydrogen within 6-15 h to yield mainly secondary amines. Hydrogenation of alpha-aminonitriles results in reductive decyanation. beta-Aminonitriles undergo hydrogenolysis at the nitrogen-carbon bond.

The invention also encompasses the stable anhydrous compositions for carrying out the method, and aqueous compositions obtained thereby. The anhydrous compositions, as well as the aqueous compositions, present improved stability characteristics.
