    制备了4,5-二氮杂芴-9-一(达丰)和溴配体([Cu(dafone)2 ] Br 2)的铜配合物,并与pH 8.0的双链鲑鱼精子DNA(dsDNA)相互作用。 Robinson(B–R)缓冲溶液是在玻璃碳电极(GCE)上通过电化学实验研究的。结果表明,Cu(dafone)2 Br 2可以通过插入方式主要与鲑鱼精子DNA链结合。计算每个鲑鱼精子dsDNA链的[Cu(dafone)2 ] Br 2的结合数和结合反应的平衡常数分别为3和2.8×10 12  L 3  mol -3。铜(重金属)2 Br 2被进一步用作通过差动脉冲伏安法(DPV)检测人乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA片段的新型电化学DNA指示剂。探索了在杂交的dsDNA双链体和探针DNA之间发生的电化学反应的差异,以评估开发的电化学DNA生物传感器的选择性。所构建的电化学DNA生物传感器对于互补靶DNA实现了3.18×10 -9  mol

    Five copper complexes with 4,5-diazafluoren-9-one have been reported. Some of their structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. On the basis of experimentation, all the complexes were calculated by DFT-B3LYP/LANL2DZ in Gaussian-98w. By analyzing the experimental and calculated values, it can be concluded, on the one hand, that the experimental results are proved thoroughly by the theoretical calculated results; on the other hand, the theoretical calculated results can deduce the experimental results reasonably well.
  • Bis chelate Cu(II) complexes of dafone—synthesis, structural, EPR and optical spectral studies

    Three examples of Cu(II) complexes with dafone, Cu(dafone)(2)Br-2 (1), [Cu(dafone)(2)(H2O)(2)](NO3)(2) (2) and [Cu(dafone)(2)(H2O)(2)](ClO4)(2) (3) have been synthesized and characterized structurally and spectroscopically. All complexes show unsymmetric chelation of dafone with one Cu-N bond being much longer than the other. Powder diffuse reflectance spectra have been recorded for 1, 2 and the known complex, Cu(dafone)(2)Cl-2 (4) and correlated with the molecular g-values for this relatively new type of Cu(II) chromophore. Compounds 1 and 2 were found to be sensitive to grinding leading to additional EPR signals for 1 and changes in the X-ray powder diffraction patterns. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd.
