  摘要：

  Amines and diamines have been used as nucleophiles to react with the title cyclotetrameric Schiff base-copper(II) complex. The incorporation of two amine functions onto the macrocyclic complex has been confirmed by analytical and molecular weight data. A "basket-like" complex has been formed by the reaction with 1,6-diaminohexane by a novel procedure. The complexes have been characterized by spectral (IR and UV) and magnetic studies.
