制备方法与用途

化学性质 

无色透明或淡黄色易燃液体。有强烈的刺激气味。 与乙醇（分解）、二甘醇、乙醚、丙酮、四氯化碳、苯、氯苯、煤油、橄榄油混溶。

用途 

用作制造聚氨酯软泡沫塑料、涂料、橡胶及粘合剂的原料

用于制造聚氨酯泡沫塑料及橡胶、绝缘漆及粘合剂等

生产方法 

1.由2,4-二氨基甲苯与光气作用制得。先将固体二氨基甲苯溶于氯化苯中，在搅拌下升温至70℃得二氨基甲苯氯苯溶液，将回收光气化的氧化苯，放入低温光气锅中，补加一定液体光气后，在搅拌下滴加配好的二氨基甲苯溶液，在40℃进行光气化，再将低温光气化的物料放入高温锅中进行高温光气化，边升温边通气，约4h，反应一般在120~125℃进行；反应完毕，经用氮气赶气、蒸馏、精馏而得。
