    摘要:
    5'-Hydroxyl groups of deoxynucleosides and nucleosides except for guanosine can be acetylated in high yields and selectivities through a modified Mitsunobu procedure by adding diethyl azodicarboxylate to a suspension of the deoxynucleoside or nucleoside in dioxane containing triphenylphosphine and excess acetic acid at 60 degrees C.
