Parts of compounds, after being labeled by radionuclide, of the phenyl benzyl ether derivative, are used as Aβ plaque imaging agent. The structural formula of the phenyl benzyl ether derivative is shown by formula (I). The present invention develops a kind of brand new phenyl benzyl ether derivative which has high affinity with Aβ plaques in brains of AD patients. The chemical structure of the phenyl benzyl ether derivative is different from that of compounds disclosed in the prior art and the phenyl benzyl ether derivative belongs to a brand new compound for diagnosing and treating AD. The obtained Aβ plaque imaging agent has the advantages that the in-vivo stability is good, the fat solubility is low, the removal speed for the brain is fast, the problem of removing the radionuclide in vivo does not exist, and the application prospect and the market value are great.

The present invention relates to a polyurethane polymer composition comprising polyethyleneglycol dialkyl ether. There is also provided a process for preparing a polyurethane. The invention also relates to a process for preparing a polyurethane xerogel in the form of a molded article, said process comprising the steps of: i. preparing a mixture of a. at least one polyethylene glycol or at least one polyol of formula (I), wherein at least three Of X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 are each independently an OH-terminated group, and the remainder of X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 are each independently H or absent, and Z is a central linking unit, a. at least one di- or poly-isocyanate, b. optionally at least one OH-terminated chain extender, and c. at least one polyethyleneglycol dialkyl ether; ii. dispensing the reaction mixture formed in step i) into a mold; iii. allowing the reaction mixture to react and cure; iv. removing the molded article from the mold; and v. hydrating the molded article.

The efficient synthesis of well-defined, linear oligocatenanes possessing multiple mechanical bonds remains a formidable challenge in the field of mechanically interlocked molecules. Here, a one-pot synthetic strategy is described to prepare a linear [4]catenate using orthogonal metal templation between a macrocycle precursor, composed of terpyridine and phenanthroline ligands spaced by flexible glycol
