A new series of 4,4-dimethyl-2,6-dioxocyclohexane-thiocarboxamides were prepared by reaction of aryl isothiocyanate with dimedone. Reaction of N-aryl-4,4-dimethyl-2,6-dioxocyclohexane- thiocarboxamides with hydrazonoyl halides led to th e formation of the corresponding thiadiazoles. 通过异硫氰酸芳基酯与二甲酮反应制备了一系列新的 4,4-二甲基-2,6-二氧环己烷-硫代甲酰胺。N-芳基-4,4-二甲基-2,6-二氧代环己烷-硫代甲酰胺与腙酰卤的反应导致形成相应的噻二唑。用二甲基甲酰胺二甲基乙缩醛 (DMF-DMA) 处理 2-(5-乙酰基-3-苯基-1,3 ,4-噻二唑-2(3 H)-亚基)-5,5-二甲基环己烷-1,3-二酮回流二恶烷得到(E)-2-(5-(3-(二甲氨基)丙烯酰基)-3-苯基-1,3,4-t hiadiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)-5,5-二甲基环己烷-1, 3-二酮。后者烯胺酮与腙酰卤反应生成相应的 2-(1-芳基-3-取代-吡唑-4-羰基)-5-(3-苯基-5-(5,5-二甲基环己烷-1,3-二酮) )-(1,3,4)-噻二唑)衍生物。
