AbstractThe utility of 4-isothiocyanato-N-(1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)benzene sulfonamide 2 in the synthesis of some novel thiosemicarbazide, carbamothioate,1,3,4-thiadiazole, azomethine, thiourea, bisthiourea and imidazole derivatives is reported. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds was confirmed on the basis of analytical and spectral data. Some of the prepared compounds were evaluated
摘要4-异硫氰酸根合-N-(1-苯基-1 H-吡唑-5-基)苯磺酰胺2在一些新型硫代氨基脲,氨基甲酸酯,1,3,4-噻二唑,偶氮甲碱,硫脲,双硫脲和有咪唑衍生物的报道。根据分析和光谱数据证实了新合成化合物的结构。评价了一些制备的化合物对艾氏腹水癌细胞(EAC)的体外抗癌活性。发现具有IC 50的相应的2-乙酰基-N-(4- (N-(1-苯基-1 H-吡唑-5-基)氨磺酰基)苯基)肼基甲硫基酰胺7值(2.14 µg / ml)显示比阿霉素更好的活性,IC 50值(43.6 µg / ml)作为参考药物。 图形概要合成了新的硫代氨基脲,氨基甲酸酯,1,3,4-噻二唑,偶氮甲碱,硫脲,双硫脲和含吡唑部分的咪唑衍生物,并对其抗癌活性进行了评估。
