    Synthesis of Fluorescent Probe Sensitive to Amine

    5-Bromo-2-(5'-bromo-2'-hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole 4 is prepared from the Sandmeyer reaction of 5-amino-2-(5'-amino-2'-hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole 3 with copper bromide. Two kinds of the (hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole compounds are investigated for application in fluorescent probe sensing amino compounds and compound 4 is proved to be more suitable for sensing haxamethylenediamine and hydrazine with different fluorescent colors.

    一种含羟基苯并噁唑二胺的制备方法
    摘要:
    本发明提供了一种含羟基苯并噁唑二胺的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a)将苯甲醛化合物、苯胺化合物和催化剂在溶剂中混合,进行缩合反应,得到苯并噁唑化合物;所述催化剂为PCl3;b)将步骤a)得到的苯并噁唑化合物进行还原反应,得到含羟基苯并噁唑二胺;所述含羟基苯并噁唑二胺具有式(IV)、式(VII)或式(X)所示结构。与现有技术相比,本发明通过多步法,首先通过缩合反应制备含羟基的二硝基苯并噁唑,再通过还原反应制备含羟基苯并噁唑二胺,采用本发明提供的制备方法得到的含羟基苯并噁唑二胺的收率高。实验结果表明,本发明提供的制备方法得到的含羟基苯并噁唑二胺的收率大于79%。

    The benzoxazole derivative gelator 1 forms a stable DMF/toluene cosolvent gel with dramatically enhanced fluorescence emission compared to its mother solution. The translucent colorless gel was changed to a solution with strong greenish fluorescence in the presence of fluoride anion with disruption of the gel structure.

    This application provides a polyimide fiber and a preparation method thereof. This method comprises first subjecting a dianhydride compound and a diamine compound to a polymerization reaction in a solvent to obtain a polyamic acid solution, wherein said diamine compound comprises a diamine having a structure of Formula 12 or Formula 13, wherein A is S or O; said dianhydride compound comprises one or more of dianhydrides having structures of Formula 14 and Formula 15; and t is 0 or 1; then subjecting said polyamic acid solution to spinning to obtain a polyamic acid fiber; and sequentially subjecting said polyamic acid fiber to imidization and thermal drawing to obtain a polyimide fiber. The polyimide fiber having the above structure has a higher rigidity and can introduce a hydrogen bond to provide an interaction between molecular chains so as to influence the arrangement of the molecular chain in the polymer and the crystallinity, which imparts more excellent mechanical properties to the polyimide fiber. The polyimide fiber obtained has a higher glass transition temperature (Tg) and a better heat resistance.

    This application provides a polyimide fiber and a preparation method thereof.     5-Bromo-2-(5'-bromo-2'-hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole 4 is prepared from the Sandmeyer reaction of 5-amino-2-(5'-amino-2'-hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole 3 with copper bromide.
