生物活性

Leptomycin A 是链霉菌的一种代谢产物，能够抑制 CRM1，并阻断 CRM1 和核出口信号之间的相互作用，从而阻止多种蛋白质的核外运输。此外，Leptomycin A 还能抑制 HIV-1 的复制，其活性略低于 Leptomycin B。
