制备方法与用途

生物活性

氯丁烷半hydrate 是一种药物防腐剂,具有镇静催眠作用。它对多种革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌以及几种霉菌孢子和真菌具有抗菌作用,因此广泛应用于食品和化妆品工业。

用途 生产方法

丙酮氯仿混合,缓缓加入KOH(或NaOH)溶液,在15℃以下进行缩合反应。反应完毕后,过滤滤液并蒸馏,回收未反应的丙酮氯仿。然后将溶液倒入冰中,析出结晶。用蒸馏洗涤至无氯离子反应,并在50~55℃干燥即得成品。
