    In this report we present a new chemical probe, 3-HTC, that can reversibly and ratiometrically measure the thiol-disulfide equilibrium of biological systems. 3-HTC is composed of a coumarin that has a thiolate directly conjugated to its extended aromatic pi system while formation of a disulfide attenuates this conjugation. The fluorescence and absorption properties of 3-HTC are therefore very sensitive to the redox state of its thiol. 3-HTC reacts reversibly with thiols and disulfides enabling its use to measure dynamic GSH/GSSH ratios in vitro as well as to monitor the reversible redox status of whole cell lysates.

    Provided are a 4-sulfur pentafluoride phenol compound and a preparation method therefor, and a preparation method for a sulfur pentafluoride substituted benzopyran compound. According to the present invention, sulfur pentafluoride salicylaldehyde with multiple substituent groups is synthesized through a plurality of steps by using sulfur pentafluoride phenol as a raw material, and then the sulfur pentafluoride substituted benzopyran compound is synthesized on this basis. The method is simple and convenient, and low in cost; overcomes the defects that, at present, the number of types of sulfur pentafluoride phenols is small, and the synthesis of various sulfur pentafluoride substituted benzopyran compounds cannot be met; and has wide industrial application prospects.
    本发明提供了一种 4-五氟化硫苯酚化合物及其制备方法,以及一种五氟化硫取代苯并吡喃化合物的制备方法。根据本发明,以五氟化硫苯酚为原料,通过多个步骤合成具有多个取代基的五氟化硫水杨醛,然后在此基础上合成五氟化硫取代的苯并吡喃化合物。该方法简单方便,成本低,克服了目前五氟化硫苯酚种类少,不能满足合成各种五氟化硫取代苯并吡喃化合物的缺陷,具有广泛的工业应用前景。
