    The efficient intermolecular alkoxylation reactions of various enol acetates and different alcohols are developed in the electrochemical process for the first time. Enol acetates derived from either aromatic, alkyl, or alicyclic ketones, and abundant free alcohols directly used in this synthetic strategy, make this transformation very valuable in synthesis and application in the future.

    The present invention relates to a polysiloxane composition containing microparticles of a metal or metal oxide having a silicon-containing organic group with reactivity on the surface thereof, and a method for producing the same. The polysiloxane composition contains a polysiloxane represented by average structural formula (A) and microparticles of a metal or metal oxide on the surface of which a silicon-containing organic group represented by specified general formula (B) is fixed by means of chemical bonding. In the method for producing the aforementioned polysiloxane composition, a silicon-containing compound and an aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion of a metal salt are reacted under the conditions at a temperature of 300°C or greater under pressure of 10 MPa or greater, and thereby, the polysiloxane and the microparticles of the metal or metal oxide are produced at the same time.

    The present invention relates to microparticles of a metal or metal oxide having a silicon-containing organic group with reactivity on the surface thereof, and a method for producing the same. The microparticles of a metal or metal oxide has a silicon-containing organic group represented by general formula (A) fixed on the surface thereof by means of chemical bonding. In the method for producing the microparticles, a silicon-containing compound and an aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion of a metal salt are reacted under the conditions at a temperature of 300°C or greater under pressure of 10 MPa or greater.

    A polysiloxane composition containing fine particles of a metal or metal oxide on the surface of which an organosilicon group is present and a method for producing the same are provided. The polysiloxane composition contains a polysiloxane represented by average structural formula (A) and fine particles of a metal or metal oxide on the surface of which an organosilicon group represented by general formula (B) is fixed by means of chemical binding. The method for producing the aforementioned polysiloxane composition includes reacting the fine particles of a metal or metal oxide with the organosilicon compound having a monovalent organic group having an organic functional group, and a silicon atom-binding hydrolyzable group or a silanol group in the presence of water under conditions at a temperature of not less than 2000C, to simultaneously form a polysiloxane and fine particles of the metal or metal oxide on the surface of which the organosilicon group is fixed by means of chemical binding.
