  本发明公开了一种合成1H,1'H‑（2,2'‑双苯并咪唑）‑5,5'‑二胺的方法，包括由草酰氯与2,4‑二硝基苯胺经缩合反应得到N,N’‑双（2,4‑二硝基苯基）草酰胺、N,N’‑双（2,4‑二硝基苯基）草酰胺经催化加氢得到N,N’‑双（2,4‑二氨基苯基）草酰胺以及N,N’‑双（2,4‑二氨基苯基）草酰胺经脱水环合得到1H,1'H‑（2,2'‑双苯并咪唑）‑5,5'‑二胺。本发明的合成路线较短，原料价廉易得，工艺安全性高，操作简便，生产成本较低，反应收率较高，尤其是对环境污染较小，从而适合工业化生产。
