A series of novel dendritic carbazole-based porphyrins [T(Cz-Gn)Ps] have been synthesized by a combination of Ullmann coupling and Adler condensation reactions and their intramolecular energy-transfer properties have been studied by absorption and steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy.
