    摘要:
    我们以往的研究证实,8个异戊烯基黄烷酮(1 - 8),从台湾蜂胶中分离,有能力的生物活性具有广谱的。其中,在台湾蜂胶中大量存在的若虫A(3),若虫B(4)和若虫C(7)对癌细胞系表现出细胞毒性。因此,通过半合成策略改善其活动似乎很有趣。在这项研究中,在我们的实验室中合成了12种新型的异戊烯基黄烷酮,并评估了它们对两种人类前列腺癌细胞系PC-3和DU-145和人类肝癌细胞系Hep-3B的活性。这些化合物中,10c,11图12和12显示出对PC-3细胞系比5-Fu具有更强的细胞毒性。使用细胞计数分析,然后用膜联蛋白V-FITC和碘化丙啶进行双重染色,观察到这些化合物也诱导了细胞凋亡。这表明异戊烯黄酮10c,11和12可能具有进一步发展的抗癌潜力。
