Isocucurbitacin B (I), 3-epi-isocucurbitacin B (II), and cucurbitacin B (III) were identified as the principal cytotoxic constituents of Ipomopsisaggregata (Pursh) V. Grant (Polemoniaceae). The structure of the new compound, II, was determined through analysis of its spectrometric characteristics.
