    为提高芳香族聚恶二唑(p-POD)纤维的阻燃性能,采用肼法在p -POD主链中引入三芳基氧化膦(TPO)单元,合成了一系列含磷PODs(pho-POD)。以硫酸盐、对苯二甲酸和双(对羧基)苯基氧化膦(BCPPO)为单体,湿法纺丝制得无卤阻燃型pho-POD纤维。采用广角 X 射线衍射 (WAXD)、扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)、热重分析 (TGA)、极限氧指数 (LOI) 等方法对 pho-POD 纤维的结构和性能进行了详细表征和测量。 )、氧弹热量计、热解-气相色谱/质谱 (Py-GC/MS)结果表明, TPO单元的引入导致POD纤维结晶能力减弱,内部结构疏松疏松,热稳定性和力学性能略有下降。然而,LOI 值明显从 28% 增加到 35%,总燃烧热 (GHC) 从 19.72 MJ kg -1下降到 17.84 MJ kg -1随着 BCPPO 内容的增加。此外,pho-POD纤维的燃烧残

    The present invention provides a hot melt adhesive that has excellent overall performance such as flame retardancy, adhesion, storage stability, and processability and the like even though not containing a flame inhibitor that impacts the environment such as a halogen compound or antimony oxide or the like. The hot melt adhesive of the present invention contains (A) a (meth)acrylate ester polymer and (B) a phosphorous-based compound that is liquid at 180°C, and has excellent performance such as flame retardancy, adhesion, storage stability, and processability and the like even though not containing a flame retardant that impacts the environment such as a halogen compound or antimony oxide or the like. The flame retardancy can be further enhanced and the processability can also be further enhanced if (C) a metal hydroxide is also included. An article coated with the hot melt adhesive of the present invention will be gentle on the environment, be very safe on humans, and have excellent performance such as flame retardancy, adhesion, storage stability, and processability and the like.

    The present invention refers to a flame retardant comprising a complex formed by phosphine oxide and transition metal salt, wherein has good flame retardant property. At the same time, in a preparation method of the present invention a gradient heating method is used and by the in situ copolymerization, a semi-aromatic polyamide with an intrinsic flame-retardant property is synthesized, without a need to separately synthesize a flame-retardant precursor, which has simple operation steps, and reduces a production cost.

    The invention discloses an in situ polymerized flame retardant, derived from the following monomers: a diacid monomer A: where A1 is terephthalic acid, A2 is a phosphorus aromatic ring-containing reactive flame-retardant diacid monomer, A1+A2=100 mol%, A1=50 to 90 mol%, A2=10 to 50 mol%; and a diamine monomer B: one or more of diamine monomers containing 4 to 36 carbon atoms. In the present invention, a novel flame retardant is obtained by in situ polymerization of the phosphorus aromatic ring-containing reactive flame-retardant diacid monomers in semi-aromatic polyamide oligomers, which has advantages of no precipitation in the semi-aromatic polyamide and no influence on other properties of the semi-aromatic polyamide and has an excellent flame-retardant property.
