制备方法与用途

化学性质
白色粉末，熔点214-215℃，溶于有机溶剂但不溶于水。

用途
该产品是一种抗真菌药和消毒防腐药，广泛应用于化妆品、药皂及乳液中，能够有效提高产品的防腐防霉性能。

生产方法

1. 3-三氟甲基对氯苯胺法：将3-三氟甲基对氯苯胺溶解于干燥的乙腈中，并冷却至5-10℃。在搅拌下通入光气，并逐步升温，半小时内升至60℃。将反应生成的氯化氢气体引入气体吸收器被碱液吸收。随后加入新制备的对氯苯胺，在95-100℃下继续搅拌并维持10小时。停止加热，自然冷却至室温后过滤，使用乙腈和氯苯洗涤滤饼，最后进行真空干燥，得到卤卡班。收率约为90%。

2. 对氯苯胺法：首先将对氯苯胺溶解于乙二醇中，并通入光气生成氰酸酯。再加入3-三氟甲基对氯苯胺反应生成卤卡班。此方法的工艺条件与第一种方法相同。
