Abstract Ungiminorine N -oxide was isolated from Pancratium maritimum , and homolycorine N -oxide and O -methyl lycorenine N -oxide from Lapiedra martinezii . These compounds represent the first examples of naturally occurring N -oxides from the Amaryllidaceae.
