  (EN) The present invention relates to spiroketal derivatives of formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R9a, R9b, m and n are as defined in the specification, and to processes for their preparation, to intermediates used in their synthesis, to pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and to their use in therapy. The compounds are of particular use in the treatment or prevention of pain, inflammation, migraine, emesis and postherpetic neuralgia.(FR) L'invention concerne des dérivés du type spirocétal de la formule (I), ainsi que leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique. Dans cette formule, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R9a et R9b, m et n sont comme défini dans la description.
