  设计，合成并测试了三种新的二氢乳清酸杂环类似物（4-6）作为二氢乳清酶的抑制剂。为了模拟在酶促反应过程中推测的四面体过渡态，每种化合物在与二氢乳清酸酯环中的碳4等效的位置具有四面体硫原子。另外，制备了N-氨基甲酰基-3-膦基丙氨酸，并评价为二氢乳清酶抑制剂。化合物4和6是适度的抑制剂（I50分别为0.52和0.18 mM），但是其他候选抑制剂在1 mM时几乎没有抑制作用。
