presence of acetonitrile to afford 8-(benzyloxy)-5-(2-[1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]thiazol-4-yl)quinolin-2(1H)-one derivatives. Synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Most of the synthesized compounds are found to be active against tested bacterial strains and fungal strain.
