生物活性

Gartanin 是山竹果中的一种天然黄酮,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗真菌、神经保护和抗肿瘤作用。在人脑胶质瘤细胞中,Gartanin 诱导细胞周期阻滞和自噬,并抑制其迁移。

体外研究

Gartanin 可能通过部分增加 Nrf-2 无关的 HO-1 和 AMPK/SIRT1/PGC-1α 信号通路来对抗谷氨酸引起的氧化损伤。此外,Gartanin 还可通过 PI3K/Akt/mTOR 和 MAPK 信号通路诱导细胞周期阻滞和自噬,并抑制人脑胶质瘤细胞的迁移。

(−)-Epicatechins are chemically unstable and extensively degraded in fluids of near neutral or greater pH, such as intestinal juice and bile. Current technologies used for taste masking and modified release as spray drying, liposome entrapment, co-crystallization, freeze drying, among others, suffer from numerous shortcomings, including poor repeatability and limitations on target delivery.
