  甘氨酰胺的二苯甲酮亚胺通过离子对萃取（RX，10%aq. NaOH，Bu4NHSO4（1 等分），CH2Cl2，rt）进行烷基化，得到了 α-单取代产物，然后使用更强的碱性条件（KO-t-Bu，THF，0 °C，RX）对其进行第二次烷基化。报告了甘氨酰胺的希夫碱、α-单取代和α,α-二取代产物的晶体结构。关键词：二苯甲酮亚胺、希夫碱、烷基化、离子对萃取（IPE）、相转移催化（PTC）、无水碱、X 射线晶体结构。

  The benzophenone imine of glycinamide was alkylated using ion pair extraction (RX, 10% aq. NaOH, Bu₄NHSO₄ (1 equiv.), CH₂Cl₂, rt) to give the α-monosubstituted products, which were then alkylated a second time using stronger basic conditions (KO-t-Bu, THF, 0 °C, RX). Crystal structures of the Schiff bases of glycinamide, an α-monosubstituted and an α,α-disubstituted product were reported.Key words: benzophenone imines, Schiff bases, alkylation, ion pair extraction (IPE), phase-transfer catalysis (PTC), anhydrous base, X-ray crystal structures.
