制备方法与用途

Resolvin D2 是 DHA 的代谢物,具有抗炎和抗感染活性。Resolvin D2 是一种高效的白细胞调节器,能控制微生物败血症。在原代感觉神经元中,Resolvin D2 是 TRPV1 (IC50 = 0.1 nM) 和 TRPA1 (IC50 = 2 nM) 的有效抑制剂。

TRP Channel

Resolvin D2 induces active resolution of inflammation with pulp-like tissue regeneration after root canal infection and thus maybe suitable for treating periapical lesions.
Resolvin D2 decreases leukocyte:endothelial interactions in vivo by endothelial-dependent nitric oxide production, and direct modulation of leukocyte adhesion receptor expression.
Peripheral administration of Resolvin D2 (10 ng; Intraplantar administration) potently inhibits inflammatory pain.

Animal Model: Adult CD1 mice (male, 8–10 weeks)
Dosage: 10 ng
Administration: Intraplantar administration
Result: Inhibited inflammatory pain.
