  本发明公开了一种用于检测甲醛的荧光分子探针与制备方法、及其荧光试纸的制备方法，其结构式如下：本发明的荧光分子探针具有水溶性好，pH适用范围广，可以在酸性和中性水溶液中实现对甲醛的高灵敏度荧光检测，为该荧光探针在复杂环境中的检测提供有利条件。本发明的荧光探针具有ESIPT效应的荧光母核作为荧光团，减少荧光损失、自吸收、生物背景荧光达到有效提高检测灵敏度的作用。本发明的荧光探针分子及检测试纸的制备方法简单、成本低，有利于大规模生产。
