The five‐steps synthesis of a hemicryptophane cage combining a benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxamide unit and a cyclotriveratrylene (CTV) moiety is described. Chiral high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to resolve the racemic mixture.
