Synthesis, Characterization and Thermal Behavior Study of New 1,2,3-Triazole Derivatives Containing 1,3,4-Oxadiazole Ring

In this present work, a series of new 1-(substituted-phenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazolyl-4-carboxylic acid derivatives was synthesized via copper (I) catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction. Since these synthesized 1,2,3-triazole compounds containing a carboxyl functional group, it was exploited for the combination of 1,2,3-triazole ring with 1,3,4-oxadiazole ring system in one molecule. Thus, the synthesized 1,2,3-triazoles were the key starting materials to synthesize the target compounds via a condensation reaction with semicarbazide hydrochloride in the presence of POCl3. Furthermore, the thermal behavior of all newly heterocyclic compounds was also studied by TGA and DTG techniques.
在本研究中,合成了一系列新的1-(取代苯基)-1H-1,2,3-三唑基-4-羧酸衍生物,采用了铜(I)催化的叠氮化物-炔烃环加成反应。由于这些合成的1,2,3-三唑化合物含有羧基功能团,因此在一个分子中将1,2,3-三唑环与1,3,4-恶二唑环体系结合在一起。因此,合成的1,2,3-三唑化合物作为合成目标化合物的关键起始材料,通过与氨基乙腈盐酸盐在POCl3存在下进行缩合反应。此外,所有新合成的杂环化合物的热行为也通过热重分析(TGA)和差示热重分析(DTG)技术进行了研究。
