Disclosed herein are compounds that form covalent bonds with Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk). Also described are irreversible inhibitors of Btk. In addition, reversible inhibitors of Btk are also described. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions that include the compounds.
