The synthesis of glycerolipidslinked to hydroxamatederivativesdesigned for two-dimensionalcrystallization of aminopeptidaseM is reported. The lipid moieties are readily obtained using a convergent pathway. Their structure allows the introduction of a wide variety of ligands of biological interest.
