The synthesis of functionalized aryl vinyl ether derivatives can be readily achieved utilizing a room-temperature copper(II) acetate mediated coupling of substituted phenols with 2,4,6-trivinylcyclotriboroxane−pyridine complex in the presence of a suitable base.
