    본 발명은 아조피라졸 화합물 및 은 촉매 반응을 이용한 이의 신규한 합성방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 α-디아조-β-케토에스터와 아릴하이드라진의 은 (Ag) 촉매 반응을 이용한 원-팟(one-pot) 합성방법은 다원적 기능을 갖는 다양한 아조피라졸을 효율적으로 합성할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 상기 합성과정에 의해 합성된 아조피라졸은 천연물 합성, 의약제 또는 염료 산업 등에 널리 사용될 수 있다.
    本发明涉及一种关于阿佐吡啉化合物及其利用催化反应的新合成方法,更详细地说,利用α-二氮杂-β-酮酯和芳基醛(Ag)催化反应的一锅法合成方法具有多功能的优点,可以高效合成多种阿佐吡啉,并且由所述合成过程合成的阿佐吡啉可广泛应用于天然物合成、药用或染料工业等。

    In chlorinated solvents, 3-methyl-1-phenyl-4-phenylazo-5-pyrazolone (1) easily reacts with ozone to give benzene (2), phenol (3), chlorobenzene (4), o-chlorophenol (5), biphenyl (6), and 3-methyl-1-phenyl-2-pyrazoline-4,5-dione (7). The formation of these products is explained by an electrophilic ozone attack on the hydrazone tautomer 1′.
