摘要 以芳香羰基化合物、2-氨基吡啶等容易获得的原料为原料,有效、快速、环境友好地一锅法合成 2-苯基咪唑并[1,2-a]吡啶和 2-苯基咪唑并[1,2-a]喹啉、琥珀酰胺和在微波辐射下与绿色溶剂 PEG-400 和水 (2:1) 结合原位生成 α-碘代苯乙酮。通过避免使用催泪型α-氯和α-溴羰基化合物、挥发性、有毒有机和危险溶剂、试剂,新开发的方案在很短的反应时间内具有优异的产品收率,是这项研究工作的优势。最终产品通过 1H NMR、13C NMR、高分辨率质谱 (HRMS) 等表征数据进行确认,并与其报告的方法进行比较。图形概要
