AbstractNovel molecular hybrids of 5-isonicotinoyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine–adamantane have been synthesized in excellent yields by the reaction of enaminones, 1-adamantanamine, and formaldehyde. 摘要通过烯胺酮,1-金刚烷胺和甲醛的反应,以极高的产率合成了5-异二十碳酰基-1,2,3,4-四氢嘧啶-金刚烷的新型分子杂化物。通过4-乙酰基吡啶与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺二甲基乙缩醛和4-乙酰基吡啶的反应合成了烯胺酮(Z)-3-烷基/芳烷基/芳基-1-(吡啶-4-基)丙-2-烯-1-酮。其生物测定测试显示出良好的抗炎特性,但对枯草芽孢杆菌(MTCC代码121),金黄色葡萄球菌(MTCC代码9886),大肠杆菌(MTCC代码1302)和肠沙门氏菌没有生长抑制区(MTCC Code-3232)细菌菌株。借助光谱和分析数据已经确定了合成化合物的结构。对5-异烟酰基-1,2,3,4-四氢嘧啶-金刚烷系列的代表性候选物进行X射线分析,以最终确认结构。 图形概要
