An intermolecularhydroamination of allenamides with arylamines has been achieved under mild Au(I) catalysis conditions delivering allylamino E-enamides stereoselectively and in high yield. The reaction is made possible via a convenient method for conjugated N-acyliminium formation.

N-substituted allyl equivalents generated from a chiral allenamide. By choice of the appropriate ligand for the Cu-catalyst, high linear selectivity can be obtained with good diastereocontrol. This methodology allows access to chiral γ-hydroxyaldehyde equivalents that were applied in the synthesis of chiral γ-lactones and 2,5-disubstitued tetrahydrofurans.
The gold‐catalyzed synthesis of tetrahydrocarbazoles through dearomative [4+2] cycloadditionreactions of 3/2‐substituted 2/3‐vinylindoles with allenamides is reported. In particular, we optimized the enantioselective variant of these cycloadditions. Using allenamides as dienophiles 3‐substituted 2‐vinylindoles gave the corresponding carbazoles with high chemo‐, regio‐ and enantioselectivity. Good

heterogeneous gold(I)‐catalyzedregiospecifichydroamination of ynamides and propiolic acid derivatives with anilines has been achieved by using a diphenylphosphine‐functionalized MCM‐41‐supported gold (I) complex and AgNTf2 as catalysts under mild conditions, yielding the corresponding (E)‐N‐arylimines and (Z)‐enamines in good to excellent yields with broad substrate scope. The new heterogeneous gold(I) complex
