  Reactions of chloro-, and dichloroacetic acids with sulphur tetrafluoride and p-xylene or mesitylene gave, besides chlorofluoroethanes CF3CH2Cl and CF3CHCl2, small yields of chlorofluoroethylarenes ArCF2CH2Cl and ArCF2CHCl2, and chloroacetylarenes ArCOCH2Cl and ArCOCHCl2 (Ar=p-xylyl or mesityl). With mesitylene, compounds ArCF2CH2Cl and ArCF2CHCl2 are formed exclusively by alkylation of mesitylene

  氯和二氯乙酸与四氟化硫和对二甲苯或均三甲苯的反应除氯氟乙烷CF 3 CH 2 Cl和CF 3 CHCl 2以外，还产生了少量的氯氟乙基芳烃ArCF 2 CH 2 Cl和ArCF 2 CHCl 2以及氯乙酰芳烃ArCOCH 2 Cl和ArCOCHCl 2（Ar ＝对-二甲苯基或1，3，5-三甲苯基）。与均三甲苯，化合物ARCF 2 CH 2 Cl和ARCF 2三氯甲烷2与碳阳离子CH仅仅形成由均三甲苯的烷基化2氯˚F 2分别用对二甲苯和CHCl 2 F 2进行烷基化和用SF 4对氯乙酰基-对二甲苯进行连续氟化均可有助于形成相应的氯氟乙基-对二甲苯。
